Folsom

Folsom is a small, rural borough in Atlantic County, New Jersey, nestled in the heart of the New Jersey Pinelands. With a population of approximately 2,000 residents, Folsom is one of the most sparsely populated communities in Atlantic County, offering a quiet, countryside lifestyle that's increasingly hard to find in the Garden State. The borough is located along Route 54, which connects it to Hammonton and Egg Harbor City, placing it in the center of Atlantic County's inland corridor with convenient access to the Atlantic City Expressway, the Jersey Shore beaches, and the wider South Jersey region.

Today, Folsom is a quiet, rural-residential community with a strong sense of small-town character and a remarkably high homeownership rate of 92%.
